• Account information: Your name, email address, and authentication data when you sign up.
• Trading data: Trade records, journal entries, notes, strategies, and screenshots you voluntarily enter into the platform.
• Payment information: Billing details are processed and stored by Paddle (our payment processor). We do not store your credit card numbers.
• Usage data: Basic analytics such as pages visited and features used to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Tradenu service.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Generate AI-powered trading analysis reports based on your trade data.
• Send important service-related communications.
• Improve and develop new features.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authenticated sessions tied to your account.

4. AI Analysis

When you generate an AI Trading Analysis report, your anonymized trade statistics are sent to a third-party AI service to generate insights. No personally identifiable information (name, email) is included in AI requests. Only aggregated trade metrics are shared.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate the platform.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your trade data, notes, and screenshots are permanently deleted from our systems.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and export your data at any time (CSV export available in Settings).
• Correct or update your personal information.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication and user preferences (such as theme settings). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children’s Privacy

Tradenu is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
