1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tradenu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tradenu is a web-based trading journal application that allows users to log trades, track performance, analyze trading patterns, and manage trading discipline. Tradenu is not a broker, financial advisor, or trading platform. We do not execute trades or provide investment advice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

Tradenu offers paid subscription plans billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.

• Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with prior notice.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. User Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Tradenu, including trade records, journal entries, notes, and screenshots. We store your data securely and do not sell it to third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Upload malicious content or files.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of Tradenu are owned by Tradenu and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

Tradenu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Tradenu is a journaling tool — we do not provide trading signals, financial advice, or guarantees of trading performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tradenu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
